Are there Ways to Avoid Scams Online?

In this first article of the series “Internet Scammers” I will show you how to recognize and avoid online scams. I will review Online Money Making programs on a regular basis and keep you updated which ones are legitimate and which ARE NOT.

ways to avoid scams online

Yes, there are definitely ways to make money online. The Internet is the future for home based online businesses and many people make a living with their website(s). These people however understood that success will not come overnight. These people understood that an online business is like any other business. It takes hard work, knowledge and dedication.

If you want to start a lucrative Internet Marketing Business and are willing to learn from the ground up, this LEGITIMATE COMPANY will teach you everything you need to know.

On the other side though, the Internet is also a breeding ground for scammers. They use very sophisticated sales tactics aimed at the vulnerable to take advantage of their weaknesses and lack of knowledge.

HOW DO THEY WORK and HOW TO KNOW IT IS A SCAM?

  • In their 10-page adds or their video they show you sailing their yachts, rolling into their driveway in $100.000 dollar cars, sitting on a beach “working their smart phone or laptop and promising you the “pie in the sky”.
    SCAM – STOP
  • They promise you to get rich quick when joining their program. They substantiate their claim by showing copies of bank accounts with unbelievable daily deposits.
    SCAM – STOP
    HOW TO AVOID SCAMS ONLINE
  • Whenever you hear or see “Make $$$$$$ even while you sleep.
    SCAM – STOP
  • When you see fast talker with a white board, cartoons and many $-signs.
    SCAM – STOP
  • And any program that charges you a “FEE” before you are able to find out what it is REALLY all about.
    SCAM – STOP

These are the early warning signs that you are looking at a scam. Another warning sign: You got caught by the hype and watch the video for a few minutes, or you are reading the 3rd page already and decide to close your browser window, A POP UP WINDOW begs you to stay on the page.

This raises your curiosity and, before hitting the “leave page” option, you scroll down to the end of the page to find out how much it will cost to “GET IN”. OK, it’s ONLY $97.00 but this offer expires at midnight. You’ve had enough and try to leave but another POP UP begs you to stay on the page. Scrolling down again to the end, you find a “SPECIAL DISCOUNT OFFER” of ONLY $47.00.

On some of these sites it took me FIVE ATTEMPTS until I finally could close the browser window. By then the “ENTRY FEE” has dwindled down to $9.00. You can be assured that this is a scam. Their intent is to get you to join, no matter what. Why? Because they know that their UP-SALES will net them
hundreds of dollars.

There are many bad apples out there and I will continue my series with reviews of their program and exposing their scams, including Membership Fees, Up-sales, Money-Back Guarantees, Support and Training (or the lack thereof)!

Here are some of the well known Internet Scammers:

  1. Online scam artistBrian Underwood – Program: Rippln
  2. Russel Brunson – Program: DotComSecrets X
  3. Anthony Morrison – Program: Success with Anthony (and 2 books he authored)
  4. Dave Wood and Dave Sharpe – Program: Empower Network
  5. Mike Filsaime and Andy Jenkins- Program: Video Genesi
  6. Larry Marcus – Program: Xplogical
  7. Jeff Buchanan – Program: Instant Payday Network
    (not in that exact order)

here, certainly like what you are stating and the way in which you say it.
You make it entertaining and you still care for to keep it sensible.
I can not wait to read much more from you. This is really a terrific website.

  2. I’ve been surfing on-line more than 3 hours as of late, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth sufficient for me. Personally, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did, the net will likely be a lot more useful than ever before.
